We have a range of tools to learn more about you and your organisation. This information is then used to determine the most beneficial improvements to make and in what priority.
A clear map of what steps to take and when
Each programme includes a schedule of what areas of your organisation will be addressed and when, so you know each step in your journey.
This map, called your 'Plan of Attack' is available 24/7 in your 'My Resources' section of our website. This section is accessed through your client only secure login.
Your 'Client Only' section also includes the dates, times and locations of all your scheduled consulting sessions.
Recommendations based on the uniqueness of you and your organisations
Because we take the time to get to know and understand you and your organisation in the beginning of the programme, you can be confident the recommendations we make are specifically designed to suit what is unique about you and your organisation.
Reminders (gentle and firm) about what you need to complete
You can easily see what specific actions you need to take in between consulting sessions by accessing your individual planner on our website.
All planned initiatives decided during your consulting sessions are recorded in your detailed planner, noting the person required to action the item and when it needs to be completed. Un-actioned items are marked with an * so we can clearly identify over time which areas are more challenging to implement, so we can adjust our strategies as necessary.
This planner is updated after each consulting session and you can access it 24/7.
Ongoing support to answer any questions
There are always questions. They are an important part of learning. Your programme includes ongoing support in between consulting sessions. This includes a follow up phone call to discuss any specific issues as well as additional time for us to review anything you have prepared and provide feedback.
