How do I access my additional resources? |

All your additional resources are in your secure 'My Resources' login section of our website. You need to login to the website where you will then see your specific additional resources under your 'My Resources' menu. You can download and save your resources for immediate use. |

When do I get my additional resources? |
|
Some additional resources such as the 'Plan of Attack', detailed planner and smart objectives are available immediately. Your other resources will be loaded progressively throughout the progamme before you start working on that area/issue. This is to avoid overloading you with the whole resources which are not immediately relevant. |

Contact us. The additional resources are designed to accelerate your progress so we are happy to answer any questions you have about them. We will also work through the resources in the context of your business during our consulting sessions. Some resources are designed to give you a 'heads up' before we consider certain issues, others are designed for your use after a consulting session. In each case we will explain to you how the resource is designed to help you and in which way we recommend it be used. |
