FAQ's about our consulting programmes

We will still review these areas as sound strategy and structure provide the foundation for effective systems.

However less time will need to be spent on these areas and more can be spent on systemising.

The resources are included in the programme because they are essential to the issues that need addressing. 

By including the resources we are ensuring you are able to make the most of our consulting time.  In the past we noticed a considerable amount of consulting time was used explaining concepts.  Therefore we developed resources for key business issues to ensure consulting time is used for analysis, discussion and decision-making.

Even if you have already addressed some of the issues in the resources, we are confident you will still find valuable ideas in them that will add to what you already have in place.

You can request to put the programme on hold for a specific period of time.  If agreed, your monthly payments would be suspended for the hold period.  You need to request the hold at least one month you wish the hold period to start.

You would still have access to your 'My Resources' during the hold period.

Yes you can add extra consulting sessions.  These will be calculated at the hourly rate of $250+GST and are payable in advance.

Reasons you may wish to add extra consulting sessions:

• you have a large number of staff and wish to include middle managers in the process
• you have something particularly complex you'd like help implementing
• you want to work through things even faster

Yes you can choose to continue working with us in the same format. 

Your monthly payments, sessions and additional resources will simply carry on as throughout the programme.

You will need to advise us of how long you wish to continue, and it is a good idea to give us reasonable notice as we may have a waiting list of those starting new programmes.
