  • The stages of business development and the need for business systems
  • Who should be involved in developing and implementing systems
  • When to systemise
  • How to systemise – simple tools to choose from
  • How to document your systems – a methodology to use
  • Practical ways to approach systemising more of your business
  • How to make systemising ‘business as usual’
  • Methods to incorporate periodic feedback & review of your systems
