A lot can happen in between consulting sessions this is why we stay in touch. We are readily available by phone or email in between consulting sessions.

We also touch base with you regularly in between sessions to encourage you to action your agreed to do's.

It can take time to learn new skills and habits. Our method breaks learning into manageable steps and we provide many tools to help along the way.
